Cost & Timeline:

Why is Carbon Fiber Expensive?

The cost of carbon fiber is primarily attributed to the high price of precursor materials and the complex, energy-intensive manufacturing process. Specialized equipment and precise temperature control contribute to the overall production cost. However, advancements in technology and increased demand are leading to a gradual reduction in carbon fiber prices. Additionally, high modulus carbon fiber will be more expensive than standard modulus.

How long does it take to manufacture a custom spar?

The manufacturing timeline for a custom spar varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. We encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements and obtain a detailed project timeline.
